In practice, it works as follows. Let's suppose that you are entitled to R$300,00 to go to and from work during the month, but you only spent R$200,00, that is, you have R $100,00 left over. In the next month, the company doesn't have to deposit another R$300.00, it can offer you only R$200.00, completing the balance so that you can start your work day with the amount stipulated.
